All products sold by Softiustech are digital downloadable products delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final once the product is downloaded.

Step 5: Refund processed in 5-7 business days if approved

No Refund After Download

Once you download the product files, refunds are generally not available unless you meet specific eligibility criteria above.

This is standard for digital products because:

  • Files are instantly accessible and can be copied
  • We cannot verify deletion
  • Industry standard for downloadable digital goods

We strongly encourage you to:

  • Review product demos and descriptions carefully
  • Check technical requirements

Upon Refund Approval

You must:

  • Delete all product files immediately
  • Remove the product from all installations
  • Cease all use of the product
  • Not redistribute or share files
  • Acknowledge your license is permanently revoked

Continued use after refund constitutes copyright infringement.
